Premium studio. Pragmatic operators.

Logic Layer Solution started as a Next.js consultancy in 2015. One client. One engineer. A shared belief that the gap between a product that worked and a product that performed was almost always a craftsmanship problem, not a technology one.

Over eleven years we've built the studio around a specific kind of work: technically ambitious, commercially grounded, and finished to a standard we'd stake our reputation on. Which, every time, we do.

We added design when clients started asking us to fix their Figma files. We added security when we kept finding critical vulnerabilities in the codebases we inherited. We added growth because shipping a great product nobody can find is a waste of everyone's time.

Today we are twelve specialisms, one integrated studio, and an unusually strong opinion about what good looks like. We work with operators who want a senior technical partner — not a vendor who nods along and invoices.

Six principles that don't bend.

Outcomes over output

We don't measure our work in commits, designs, or deliverables. We measure it in the metric that matters to the person who hired us — revenue, retention, reliability. If we can't connect our work to an outcome, we stop doing it.

Depth over breadth

We do twelve things. Not forty. The studios that try to do everything are mediocre at everything. We've deliberately constrained our service map so every engagement benefits from the accumulated depth of doing the same thing — better — a hundred times.

Opinions without ego

We tell clients what we think, even when it's not what they want to hear. We've killed projects that weren't going to work. We've recommended competitors when they were the right fit. An advisor who only says yes is not an advisor — they're an expensive mirror.

Craft that ships

There's a particular kind of studio that makes beautiful work that never leaves Figma. And there's a different kind that ships ugly work fast. We're trying to be neither — craft at the level of a specialist, velocity at the level of a scrappy product team.

Our average client relationship is four years. That's not because we lock people in — we don't do retainers of convenience. It's because the best work happens when a team understands the product, the codebase, and the people at a level that takes years to build.

We treat security as a design constraint, not a checklist item. Every platform we build is threat-modelled. Every third-party library is reviewed. Every auth layer is designed by someone who has read the OWASP Top 10 this year, not three years ago.

Studio history

Eleven years, in brief.

2015

Studio founded as a freelance Next.js consultancy. First two clients: a Series A fintech and a direct-to-consumer apparel brand.

2017

First in-house team. Added UI/UX design and brand identity as formal offerings. Reached 10 active clients.

2019

Launched cybersecurity practice after repeated client requests. Hired first dedicated security engineer.

2021

Crossed 100 shipped products. Added SaaS platform architecture as a specialised offering. Longest client relationship hits 5 years.

2023

Expanded to 12 services. Launched penetration testing retainer programme. First enterprise SOC 2 engagement.

2026

Present. 140+ products shipped. Active engagements across six industries. Operating from Dhaka with a distributed team.

We deviate when there's a good reason. We rarely find one. A consistent stack means every engineer on the team can work on every project — and the context transfer when something goes wrong at 2am is near-zero.
